Is that 81110-60P70 part number for an LHD beam pattern? Because if it is that would be a great solution for a lot of us looking to upgrade the headlamps.

The lamps fit any bucket that accommodates a 6014 sealed beam.

I think the question is related to the beam pattern not fitment in a bucket.

Another option:

A beautiful headlight upgrade/relay/wiring kit from Toyota.

This might be my favorite parts find ever....

They are pretty cool kits :D

Japanese relays, nice terminals, etc. I need to dig around for a 24V relay to swap into the harnesses. The harness is on par or better quality than many of the aftermarket headlight upgrade kits out there.

The relay kit found in this Toyota part number is available separately as well from my searches:

12v: Replace Type Halogen Head Lamp Unit Relay Kit12V KOITO Others [MonotaRO Singapore] 2HLR12-J~

24v: 2HLR24-T Light bulb replaceable halogen head lamp unit relay kit 24V KOITO [MonotaRO Singapore] 35501602

No idea on who these people are out of Singapore thought. :meh: And they don't ship to the US.

I'd just like to find a true 24V relay. It's firing just fine on the 12V relays in a 24V BJ74 but it's not a long term solution. Edit: Just to confirm I'm using the IPF 12V relay on the BJ74 with 24 volt juice.

Has anyone ever stuck a LED H4 bulb into one of these to see how they look?

My aftermarket housings sprayblight everywhere.

I put IPF led bulbs in and the light was scattered. There are different led array bulbs that may work better. I switched back to my IPF halogen bulbs as they light was less offensive :D

Though in all honesty, for the winter, I am going back to halogens for the extra heat. I have heated element Truck Lite headlamp assemblies but I am growing weary of LED's.

What’s the long term availability looking like on this kit?

As in I have a million things to do first but this could sit on a shelf until needed...

Oh great Turkey man can you explain your concern and reason for your weariness of the LED's?

As an electrician knowing a little about LED lighting I'd be interested in your concerns.

Although commercial lighting and automotive lighting are like Mars and Pluto.
