Does anyone have the part number for these?

found some I got years ago, $12 each, now at least twice that(bought more), but hey its worth it.

82670-30020

Dealership says FJ40 radiator, I'm pretty sure it's part number 16400-49356, is discontinued.

Grrr!!! Really? :crybaby::crybaby::crybaby:

I got mine from beno, have you asked him?

Glad I bought a new spare fender about 2 months ago. I can not believe that Toyota is not willing to keep producing these parts. What a shame!

Producing parts for a vehicle that was last manufactured almost 40 years ago? :meh: I don't blame them. If no one is buying, Toyota ain't making. And 99.9% of people just aren't buying these older parts. 5000 Land Cruiser enthusiasts in the US market is not a market. It's a drop of water in a 55 gallon drum.

And the new TNGA philosophy moving forward is going to further diminish extant part supplies for legacy vehicles. We are now in the 21st century and Toyota's goals do not at all align with enthusiast/legacy platforms.

Toyota has targeted not only a 30-40% decrease in standardized part pricing for manufacturer operations and service parts support, but also a 20-30% decrease in part numbers within the Global Parts Master Older parts will be phased out and discontinued and other parts will be consolidated (especially hardware and the like). For example, 16346-66020 and 16346-50010 are the same part with a different part number based on application (one for the 1FZ and 1HZ/1HD-T and one for the 1UZ/2UZ platform). These types of things will not be the case going forward.

Try another dealership. I doubt it's discontinued. Having said that, don't wait too long. It probably won't be around forever.

X2

The problem isn't getting the radiators, it's getting them in good shape. We received one recently that had the drain extension rattling around in the box. Thankfully all it needed was a little bit of love with a fin comb but come on Toyota :D

That's the way mine came as well. Per @beno 's post above, I'm buying some more to keep. Once they're gone, they're gone!

It's ironic, you can get any part for a newer vehicle. However, if you drive a new vehicle, why would you need parts?

Somewhere in Japan a highly trained actuarialist sitting across from a statistician, the two are deciding which numbers they can delete with the lowest sting.

While hard at "work" today I came across a good bit of new old stock from Pakistan on eBay. Parts I never imagined getting from dealer like new hard top sides etc. weren't cheap but neat to see out there. Wish we had avail to walk into dealer and order that stuff. I wouldn't even complain if it took a day or two to arrive

I'm sure these exact conversations will be had about Toyotas current line up of vehicles in 20 years.

who can I contact in 2037 about getting a 4Runner arm rest.

I need hardtop sides that don't require a $1000.000 worth of labor to save
