Hey guys,
Planning a wee bit of a road trip from the southeast corner of British Columbia down to Grand Canyon Area. So here's the problem: I want to see the Grand Canyon and would love to stop at other National Parks along the way but they don't really allow dogs. The girlfriend and I enjoy hiking and backcountry camping and I know there must be awesome places outside the parks off the beaten path but unless you live anywhere near these places one usually doesn't know where to look. So we're still in the planning stages and the itinerary is loose and we're looking for places a pretty well stock LC80 can get to where we can share the outdoors with the poocher. We'll most likely be travelling through Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona and maybe NM, Nevada and Oregon. Any ideas and suggestions outside the National Parks would be appreciated. Have roughly 2 weeks. thanks again.
