Tried to have my Dad sign up online via the paypal option and just kept getting invalid security code and wouldn't take him to a payment screen. Someone might need to look into this unless it was just user error (me, so I think I did it right)!

those security codes are sometimes difficult to read. In the red box, there is a stack of buttons just to the right of where you type the code. Clicking the the top button will refresh the code box if you can't read the code you are supposed to copy. You may keep clicking refresh until you get a code you can read. Hope this helps.

Must have missed the box then, will try again later this morning and post up my results.

Does not work! At the confirmation page I do not have any security code that I need to type just a button to hit which gives me an error. I can easily just mail it in but I'm bringing this up in case this is an actual problem and we are losing potential memberships :crybaby:

browser? and version?
firewall and version?
Operating system?

sadly, some things work great for one user and fail for others....I fight them constantly with 'MUD registrations, attachments, email reminders, etc...

I've found the vast majority are firewall settings on the user end....preventing things from appearing

Avast AV

No problems anywhere else and I use Paypal frequently. Let me know

OK, verification takes place on the previous screen and not the on the next screen that I was on. It all works fine. And I call myself computer literate
