I have searched on the forum and haven’t found what I am looking for…; I am sure it’s around somewhere, but I haven’t found it.
Does anyone know what the manufacturer and model number is for the transfer case in a 1993 PZJ-75 with R141 MTM ?
My transfer case had a catastrophic failure (possibly driven on the street) several months after I returned to the US.

It's a split case same as behind the H55 and R151 70 series cruisers (and some 60 series)

Could be mechanical or vacuum controlled. That’s an important distinction. Both are a possibility.
If it comes with a 4speed it will probably be the base base model so most likely manual shift ....... but then again it might just be a vacuum shift as there is no rhyme or reason in what toyota cobbles together sometimes

And it’s in the Philipinnes…. Who the heck knows how badly it’s been hacked to pieces in the preceding 31 years.

The vehicle was ordered new by the Fire Dept Fire Chief directly from Japan.

Ahhh.

Good work.

Order: 36110-6E181.

You will also need front and rear output flanges and hardware.

And you will need the necessary input gear components as well.

Even from the Philippines, I’d call up Cruiser Outfitters and get the whole assembly and everything you need from them. They will palletize and ship. I’d trust them where you are at.

Both vacuum or mechanical transfer case can be applicable to your truck. Frame number didn’t delineate.

Can you take a picture of your transfer case shift knob? So we can see the shift pattern?
The truck is in the shop and I will have to wait until later in the day when they open.
The transfer case is manual shift with no vacuum solenoid operator.

Thank you very much for the Part Number….
I will reuse the flanges, hardware and input gear components from the original.
Several are available on Partsouq and they ship FedEx Express 2-3 day to the Philippines thru Customs (of course).
I ordered a complete transfer case (better than used in the PI) and should be here the 1st week of September.

Just an update on the purchase of a new transfer case.
I ordered the transfer case on 27 August from Partsouq since Amayama was also sourcing the part thru Partsouq in the UAE (Dubai). The part was received at Customs Port at Clark (Pampanga) Philippines on August 29th.
I was notified by FedEx Express the part had arrived and I was required to pay Import Duty Fees to clear Customs.
The Import Duty Fees were $567 which I was required to deposit in a FedEx account at a local bank and then emailed the deposit slip along with a signed clearance form and a copy of my Philippines drivers license to the FedEx representative to expedite the clearance at Customs.
On September 3rd the item was flown to a local airport about 45 miles away from where I live and September 5th (today) a shipping company contacted me around 8 am for delivery directions.
The repair shop has the new transfer case and the owner said he will make every effort to complete the repairs by September 6th (tomorrow).

ADDT’L UPDATE:
Tomorrow became several tomorrows…
I was contacted tonight that the new transfer case was installed along with the driveshafts and then the mechanics discovered the shifting fork shaft was too long and asked me to stop by the shop.
They were undecided on whether to cut the shaft and have it machined OR ?????
I advised the mechanics to reuse the old shifting fork and shaft which would require removing the retaining bolt, detent ball check and tapping out the shaft and fork from the old case.
The case would need to be split whether swapping the shafting fork or cutting the shaft to length and machining the notch in the shaft.
Now my LC pickup will not be completed untiI after I leave early Monday AM.

The transfer case repairs are finally completed.....

The mechanics were able to swap the old shifting fork and shaft into the new transfer case along with reusing the old flanges for the front and rear driveshafts.
I returned to the states late last night and the truck repairs were finished earlier this morning.
While I was in the PI; I installed and setup a RING camera in my garage.
I received a notification someone was in my garage; the notification was due to "my friend backing my truck into the garage."
Enabled the microphone and speaker for the camera; I notified my friend i was watching him in my garage and thanked him for getting the truck from the repair shop. He thought I was talking to him thru his phone until I contacted him on Viber explaining how I was talking to him.
This trip was VERY expensive even though the Business Class plane ticket was free due to frequent flyer miles.
The new transfer case, Fed Ex shipping, customs import duty fees and another small fee were enough to purchase two economy class plane tickets.
