i have a 95 t100 I have to replace the transfer case on and haven't found any information regarding this. My truck is a 5 speed and the donor is auto, do they bolt up the same way or do I need the case from a manual transmission truck?

Also, I'm currently running 35's on stock gearing and my differential recently went. The donor truck has 4.30's apparently and will be swapping the 3rd member. Should I see any decent gains going from 4.10s to 4.30s?

Hi,

Can't help with your transfer case question, but can comment regarding the differential.

I am assuming your rear diff went on a 4wd T100? Be aware that the front and rear differentials should match or damage can occur in the transfer case.

Yes, changing from 4.10 to 4.30 ratio diffs should net a (slight) under drive boost to acceleration.

Regards,

Alan
