Transfer case/Center diff actuator internals

Anyone had any experience opening up the center diff lock actuator? My gears were jammed and I got it spinning now but even though I marked how the gears were lined up the center diff light won’t go off and it’s still not engaging.

Update. Got the mechanism down, but still no center diff engage.
