Transfer box leaks

There is oil all over the place around the transfer box. If the wagon is stuck in 4WD, which it is!, is this likely to be the cause, and what kind of damage is it doing until I get the switch sorted? (FJ62, 1985)

Your Vac switch is toast. Swap the lines and it will come out of 4WD. And it sounds like its time for a t-case re-build.
