Trailer Wiring

I bought a trailer this evening, and I need to pick it up Thursday. I have a hitch, and the truck has a 4pin U-haul harness tucked inside. Also, I think there is a harness tucked up under the tire carrier.

I need to go from what I have to adding a brake controller, and the 4pin converted to a 7way plug to charge the rear battery, etc.

As far as I know, the 99 does not have a plug-n-play for the brake controller, so I am going to need to wire it up. Can anyone recommend a person/place to get this done the right way ?

I can recomed one person. He has ben working on cars for about 40 years. Yeah I know he sounds old but he knows his stuff. I can call him in the morning. I work deals out with him almost everyday, so it would only cost parts. Just need to check and with him and see his schedule for the week and you too.
