IIRC, the early Jeeps were always 5-bolt, so a 6-bolt pattern likely represents an early commercial trailer patterned after the 1/4 ton instead of mil surplus. Then again, if it was purpose built from the get-go, the axle may in fact be somewhat heavier duty, although it still doesn't look much if any heavier than a standard 1/4 ton axle.
If you're lucky, that 6-bolt pattern is the same as a Chevy, although whether your wheels will fit and fasten properly is sometimes iffy with Toyota wheels.
