Ive had my GX a couple months and keeping it clean is driving me crazy. The rear window sash gets caked in dirt behind the window up to the seal every-time Im out. No matter how long I spray a pressure washers into the crevices, behind the eyebrow, up under the eyebrow, between the window and body... I still have dirt streaming out from the seams. All around the window, eyebrow and plastic panels that surround the plate. Is there a trick to this Im not seeing or does everyone have this issue?

After I wash I always wipe out the door jams and in those areas around the rear door. It's the only way to remove that dirt.

My issue is that the jams leak out dirt all over the car WHEN I wash it (and after). I'd have to wipe down all the jams first which sucks when they're caked with a quarter inch of dirt and the door or window is open. My MDX never bled bled dirt from the body panels like a stigmata... Of course it didn't have KDSS either...

Yup, my son groans every wash because I come out after and point at the streaks from the hatch window, the hatch garnish, the side moldings...I see rust in its future with all that trapped dirt. :frown:

I already see signs of slight corrosion on the hatch brackets on our 11,000 mile 2019 LX570 that lives most of its life in the garage. It has only been to the beach one time just this past weekend and it's well taken care of and cleaned properly, never dirty. Unfortunately these Toyota's seem to be notorious for the brown flaky stuff.
