Caveat emptor - Careful here with FA. Check your discount percentage before clicking any submit button. I have gotten this very same email in the past and gotten a lower discount thinking they would refund the difference. It didn't happen after I emailed and inquired about the bait and switch. This is after multiple orders before which were uneventful. I want to support good business and want to share my FA experience with others.

Bummer, man. Thank you for sharing that. I’ve only had tip top service from them. But, it’s good to know what to look out for.

Correct this part sale is affiliated with the independent Toyota distributor Southeast Toyota, sometimes referred to as SET. They have roughly 170 dealerships in their network across a 5 state region in the SE. The good news is many of these dealers are happy to ship anywhere in the US so you need to select one and buy from their online storefront. You’ll also see that individual prices vary from dealer to dealer before the 25% discount is applied.
 
Kudos to Eric F at Toyota of Decatur Alabama for helping me get my Serra sale order straight. Apparently there was a mix up with a seal kit and he made it right and saved me another $100.

FYI - I ordered through Serra in Decatur, Alabama on December 21 and received the order on January 7. Not too shabby for the holidays. I have never experienced an untoward delay.
