Perfect. I'm at 112k and got the infamous radiator crack. Just missed the other 25% off sale, so I did the soldering iron plastic melt fix, sanded the area, and added a thick layer of plastic jb weld on top. Is holding great so far with no leaking.Got an email from Fred Anderson that they're running a 25% off sale. I need to pick up a radiator for my 2013 before any potential price increases. I've on ever ordered a radiator from Serra.
Can any of the guys in this thread that made this purchase chime in on Fred Anderson's radiator packaging?
I cannot vouch for the radiator packing but FA sent me new car door glass. It went cross country in a huge arse box and arrived without any issue. I also just receive new headlight for my Tacoma. Similar packing. I would have no hesitation with a radiator.Got an email from Fred Anderson that they're running a 25% off sale. I need to pick up a radiator for my 2013 before any potential price increases on imported parts. I've only ever ordered a radiator from Serra.

I got a radiator from Fred Anderson and i'd just give it an okay on packaging. I think Serra is better at packaging.Got an email from Fred Anderson that they're running a 25% off sale. I was waiting for the next 25% off sale to change it, hoses, water pump, and clutch fan.

I ordered mine about a year ago, so i can't 100% remember. I can check the box to see if it has a shipping label i guess, I know i had it stored in the Toyota box. That would let me know for sure. I did use the radiator, so I didn't really have a problem. I do remember the box was beat up more than i wanted though.Did they at least double box it?
Serra has the same sale going on, not sure why you would risk using Fred Anderson.
edit: I want to add, that I'm not saying Fred Anderson isn't good, I'm just saying that having ordered from both semi recently. Serra has has improved their processes greatly since the early days of these sales. I'm sure that was a trial by fire type requirement for them after the first couple real big sales.
My bad. I had updated one of these threads, but now that I think about it, it wasn't in the 200 forum. Keep in mind, that pretty much all the dealers that take part in this sale are all doing them at the same time. If one is doing it, most likely they are all doing it.I didn't know Serra was doing the same thing right now. I know they just wrapped up a 25% off sale back in March,
Not sure what type of stuff you added. You have spend over $75. But then it should be free. They sent me a driveshaft with no shipping fee, so I can't imagine what you would have added that they wouldn't have included.I pulled a few parts into my cart at Serra and when I got to the checkout screen, they did not remove the shipping cost. So, not really a great deal for me.
Who is running a discount?Bump for the sale running right now until tomorrow at midnight
