Like prom night, they may have gone off a little early. I'm seeing discounts today at my usually ordered from dealerships now. Thanks for the heads up!
 
Yep, I’m seeing it now too.
 
I've always treated these 25% off sales like a group buy, especially from Serra. My theory is the dealer takes all the orders (& your money) and then processes them after the sale is over. I never order parts that I need right away from the dealer sales. Last time took a month to receive them. I use a different source now.
 
Well, got busy this weekend and ended up with a couple of things in my cart that I didn't hit "order" on. Hopefully, the SE region or another region will do 25% off again soon.
 
Any of you guys have a sense of when on the calendar the next 25%ers will drop?
I’m in need of a 4gen steering rack and like the idea of getting one that comes with OTRs…

I'd be surprised if they didn't do anything for Memorial day. If you can wait, they've done July 4th like clockwork in the past.
 
Which dealer is everyone going with?
Am I gonna regret ordering from Serra? I have been using my local dealer but they are not participating in Texas for this round.

My recent order from Serra took forever to get filled and sent. I have been using Sand Mountain Toyota for quite a few orders and they have been extremely reliable. They send notices when the order is received, when the order is placed in their system (to distribution center), when they receive the parts and when they ship.
I think that Serra gets flooded with orders every time one of these sales come up, as stated by an email reply I received from them.

So there are two Serra dealerships...are we talking about..
  1. Serra Toyota of Decatur
  2. Serra Toyota, Birmingham
I am gonna try Sand Mountain based on your feedback.
 
It's well documented in this thread that Decatur is slow. I've never heard mention of the Birmingham location.
