Will start out by saying I’m confident this wasn’t a tool included in any Land Cruiser kit. I’ve never been able to positively identify what year it was produced, nor from what vehicle it came from. The very earliest of Land Cruisers came with a straight-bodied grease guns also, but it just doesn’t have that early to mid 1950’s vibe. I think it is more a 1970’s tool, most likely from a Toyota fork lift kit. Whichever the case, I come across far fewer of these than Land Cruisers grease guns, so I feel they were produced in significantly fewer quantities than Land Cruiser guns.

Although the surface has scratches and blemishes throughout as you can see, the interior appears as no grease has ever been pumped through it. Comes with both nozzles. TOYOTA MOTOR JAPAN is stamped on the handle. Cool tool. $150 which includes shipping to the US.
