This is a Factory Toyota Landcruiser Power take-off winch package for the FJ series Toyota Landcruisers. The winch has been completely disassembled, cleaned of all grease and rust, and reassembled with New parts as needed and is now in excellent show condition and or ready for use.the input drive U-joint that is on the plywood under the winch, has some wear to the hole and sheer pin hole. the U-joint and slip yoke is in grate shape and still has its brass caps!
- New brake lining on the drag brake
- Three New gear box seals have been installed
- New 90w80 Gear oil
- Hardware/bolts replaced as needed - see photos
- Cable rollers refurbished
- All parts panted with two coats of New Black Chassis Pant
- Original Hardware with 4 and 5 stamping mark and roller fairleads painted with Automotive gloss silver pant
- All moving parts have been greased and oiled
- Brand new 80 feet of 5/16” galvanized Winch cable
- New cable thimble with 3 feet of high-grade chane and hook
- It is sitting in, and will ship in a wooden crate
The winch can hold 220 feet of 5/16" cable. These PTO winches are extremely rugged and are becoming increasingly more difficult to find. They do not have the limitations of an electric winch. They can run for hours without draining your battery or burning up your solenoids or electrical cables. The speed can be controlled with the engine throttle, and they can be operated in wet conditions or even submerged.
