hey. i have a 1971 fj40 for sell in wylie. it is almost COMPLETELY rust free which i have found to be pretty rare. it is an original 1f engine with a 3 spd in the floor. but most else has been updated. the interior is redone up fron. the guages all work as do all switches. the ENTIRE harness has been replaced with a "painless" harness. all lights work. fron seat have been updated to fj40 buckets. with frames padding and covers all replaced with spectre parts. the floor is rust free front and back. it has vinyl half doors and a biini top. it has been redone underneath with all new springs, shackles, and hardware including shocks and steering stabilizer. brakes have been redone and work FLAWLESSLY. new wheel cylinders and all. a new weber carb has been added. the suspension is a 4 inch lift with 1 inch extended shackles with all greasable pins by CCOT. the stance is perfect. it doesnt hav a backseat but im sure it could be added. it has a set of hard doors included but they are not redone. the paint is probably 90% and is PLENTY good looking for a trail rig or driver. with a lil bit of work it could be a show rig. but im a driver more than a shower. it is gonna hafta bring around 10grand but it is well worth it. the body is almost too good to be true and is all steel. its wortha look. i should have pics available in a day or two...if it will stop raining. this one was my baby, but i bought a PERFECT "holy grail" 1980 model and just dont have the room....phone is 214 850 5634
