Did you know that the Capital Land Cruiser Club is building a 1977 FJ40 for the TLCA Raffle Truck?

We're right here in your back yard, in Northern Virginia. Manassas, to be exact.

CLCC is closing on the final stage of the rebuild, but we need a few parts still, and are seeking donations from TLCA Chapter Clubs. You can donate parts, or contribute some dollars to go toward parts. See the updated list, below. Contact me by PM, or send an email to TLCA (at) capitallandcruiserclub (dot) org.

Parts list updated 3/11/13, Here is the link to the page.

Also, you can view pictures of the build progress on the TLCA Discussion Forum.

Hey, check it out! It is getting close to finished!

And some great news--Atlanta Custom Creations (ACC) is donating four powder coated wagon wheels, and Tread-Wright is giving TLCA a big discount on a set of 31x10.5x15 Warden all-terrain tires.

But it's not too late to donate a new or used part, or contribute toward what remains on the "parts needed" list. Biggest need now is for seat covers or new upholstery for the OEM seats.

Thornton drove the truck this past weekend...see the build thread for the videos!!!
