So, here's the skinny: go to TLCA:www.tlca.org. Place your order, and prepay. Once we close prepayment, in 10 days, we will place the order for the badges. We will only make as many badges as we get orders for, so once we close the prepayment option next Sunday, that's it, they are gone, and you won't be able to get them anymore.
