Looking for known GOOD tire shops near Phoenix, AZ (West Valley would be ideal).
Looking for a shop that can spin 32" tires without problems. Tried several shops now and all seem to be unable to square the rims on the machine so weights get applied 180 out (5 ounces inside, 5.5 ounces outside but opposite). If you know anything about physics you understand what this means.
Yes, I purchased a bubble balancer and did better myself. But the Harbor Freight balancer has limits - the design is only sensitive above 2 ounces.
Anyway - tired or trial and error. Someone must know or have experience with a shop that actually knows how to use their balancers and has the hardware to do it right (lug centric kits per the attached Toyota TSB).
