I sell this Tiny USB Volume Knob on Etsy. Some people have used it as a volume knob for their Android ICE head units.
It presents as a USB HID Keyboard/Consumer Control device and sends volume up/down keypresses when you turn the knob.
You can change the HID keycodes which are sent when the knob is rotated or clicked using an online configurator so, for example, clicking the knob can send mute/unmute or next song or whatever.
Note that some Android ICE units don't recognise HID input devices - one way to find out if your unit will work with this device is to plug in a USB keyboard and, if that works, then this probably will work also.
