Wait, that sounded bad :P, yank the engine that is! I've decided it'll probably be easier to just pull the engine and check everything out so I'm not chasing leaks and other gremlins later. Engine pulling party anyone?

Happy to help, though I've zero experience pulling an engine. I can life heavy things and can find my way around with a wrench.

While I refuse to answer a thread entitled "Time to Yank It" with "I'm in!," tell us the when and where and if I can get free I'd love to come see and/or help.

Recent events have me convinced I might have an inverse midas effect (everything I touch turns to crap) but I'd be glad to show up and do some fetching if I can.

My house out in Arlington and the date is TBD. hey, at least I didn't mention how oily it is when I said yank it! Lol

Just an update, I decided to not pull the engine since I got the oil pan out and the timing cover off with the head in place. Got a new slipper from the dealer but looks like it needs the damper and a new chain as well... Neverending!

Sorry its been a while, busy at work. Got the timing cover back on but the pan is giving me hell. Got a guy coming Saturday to try snd help finish it up...

Got her back together, clank clank clank. Rod is hammering around. Found one I have to pull but the price is right.
