If you haven't already, put these up on Craigslist. Since they're not vehicle specific it will open up your market. I'm in the Baltimore area too, and I've recently had a lot of success buying and selling Yakima [towers, crossbars, bike trays] and Thule [cargo boxes] on Craigslist.
