For Sale Thoughts on this 13 around the corner from me

This vehicle was on eBay for awhile. I remember it having either a chip in the windshield or a replacement windshield - not certain, but for some reason that detail sticks out in my mind.
Have you checked it out in person?

Yes it has a window chip/nick. I've only test driven 1 other 200, but this one had a slight "whease" sound on initial throttle application. Nothing major just caught my ear. May be totally normal. Asked about clean underside which it has, and seller said a piece had been coated over and to just have it looked over on ppi. Didn't give many details. And between that comment and the lack of service history it makes me pause. I'd be the 4th owner in about 5 years which seems odd. Inside is really nice, and I now get some people's desire for the classy, loaded center stack on the 13s. It is sharp. Any other feedback on price, etc anyone? Others looked into this one yet?
I've seen it on Craigslist and been curious. I'm in a 100 right now but have casually looked on and off for a 200. Since it's in Charleston, see if the seller will let you take it to Glen at LexTech on James Island to look it over. The price is pretty good. Would be a steal if you could get it for 35 and it checked out.
