Thoughts on Chinese Fog Lights? (1 Viewer)

I just picked up a GX this past weekend (will create a thread). The headlights are heavily fogged and cracked, while the fog lights are just fogged.

With the eBay 15% off coupon going on, I ordered a set of Depo lights, but was thinking about getting one of the cheap Chinese replacement fog lights. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with them. At $78 for the pair, plus 15% off, I was thinking of giving them a try.

Any of the Chinese light housings are a crapshoot. I will say that regardless, the factory fogs are practically useless even when new (and I've tried several bulbs). If you want them to look nice, paint them. If you want light, replace with something else eg pods or whatever.
