Where did you get an alignment done? I have had mine for a while but have not been super happy with the alignment due to excessive tire wear so I am thinking about getting it re-aligned. Who did you go to and were they able to deal with them well and adjust them to were they need to be? I am also hoping to have the shop adjust them forward so that the tires stop rubbing the frame.

I don't know if this helps or not...
I have Total Chaos UCA's, and went to Dark Horse Customs for an alignment when I lifted this summer.
Went there because I was also having them fix a skid plate for me, and they could get it in the same day. That's why I went there, one stop for both. Saved $25 bucks on labor with the club card, and it was in and out in one day.
Told them the settings that toytec gave me and the spec sheet they gave me said everything was good, and they didn't say they had any problems.

Probably too soon for me to notice weird tire wear, and its also AWD.

Our local Toyota shop out on Huffine has done the alignments on the 200 for $75.00. I have the SPC UCA,s on it. When I get the print out of before and after all of the boxes are green and the little numbers look important. Second alignment since install of the lift 2-3 years ago. No major reason for this last one just thought it would be a good thing after this summer of fallowing TC over the rocks and through the woods, its off to Wiks Tunnel we go.

Tm's Almnt down Just off Mendinhal was my go to place before he doubled the price for a boat trailer axle alignment. I complained, then he said I will give you a deal for half price of 120.00 which was still more than the quote. He has more work than he wants so I just wanted out and not going back.

I have always gone to Tom's and they are good for stock vehicles but they did it with these UCA's I have and I don't think I am super pleased. I might talk to Ressler (assuming thats the local toyota shop you are talking about?) to see what their response is to my request. I was going to to go dark horse but their alignments are like $90 or $100 and don't want to pay that much.

That makes sense. For how much they charge for alignments I am a bit hesitant about going there just because I don't want to pay that much.

Ressler is who I was referring to. They have been very helpful in the parts department and alignment. I install the parts myself. I would hope that they have a well trained and experienced alignment tech but with the new computer driven alignment programs they only have to make the red boxes turn green, torque to specs on the screen.

Give them a try and report back. They have been very good to 406Cruisers.

I've got SPC UCAs. Dark Horse has done my alignments. No tire wear issues. Although nobody has ever gotten my truck to drive straight since it was factory new.

SPC's UCA allow for correction of caster and camber as compare to OEM UCA are fixed for OEM tire size and load. OEM UCA,s on the 200 would will still accept 2 inch oversized tires and still be within specs. IFS has its limitations. When you reach a limit, just add more money.

Does your truck have a steering stabilizer or can you add one?

Well so far so good with the Resslers alignment. I gave them the sheet that came with the UCAs and a paper with my requests (less tire wear and less frame rub) and they did it. It took them 3 hrs vs 1hr but only charged me the flat alignment rate. I have less frame rub (still have a tiny bit but it's better) and as far as I can tell tire wear should be more even.
