thinking about purchasing a porsche 944 turbo

hey guys my dads thinking about getting a 944t and I just wanted to know what you guys think as at as reliabity. Good for dd? just what do y'all think?

I have no experience but I have always heard they electrical gremlins from owners.

Watch out for the manual tranny's the can be a mess. Neighbor has one for sale behind me.....gonna have it for a while....guess why....tranny. From an overall reliability standpoint (other than the gearbox syncros) I have heard is pretty good. The issue with these cars is that parts are very expensive.

gearbox does have problems, but they are awesome cars. check the other forum i visit...
