I'm trying to track the source and destination for the Thermostat Manifold end hose. The hose connects to the straight end of the Manifold as shown in the first picture. The only open hose connection of the samd diameter hose at this point is the one in the 2nd picture that is on the coolant crossover pipe.
When I ask the parts departments about this hose connection the info I get is that it connects to the metal oil cooler supply hose. That's a much larger dimension hose.
Does the Manifold hose end connect to the open connection in the 2nd picture?
Yes it does. See update below. Hose part number 16261-50090 and clips 90467-13054.
Update: It's the hose to nowhere on the diagram.
