Is there a way to change the default theme/skin/background color for just myself? The dark colors of this theme looks like nothing I should be working on at work

actually, the skin for the whitetrash is a specific Kowboy request....pretty sure you ain't out votin him...lol
do what I do....I use a 4-button optical mouse....left/right/scroll are normal, the left side is the "back" button...
and set the right side button to "instant desktop"

optionally, you can run the Firefox browser and it has some override color powers in there....
