I guess I was away for a few days when my 802.11 access point went down. Now when I'm back, we have the birf thing. So Brian, you added this? where'd you get the pic?

So I guess I use it to mean a good thing ? what's the protocol... :

it came about (i think) because someone in the "topic of the week/ soft top" post in the tech rated their soft top 4 out of 5 'birfs' and brian liked it. so i guess he added the image, for a rating system.

...and the image was created in about 5 minutes on my PC....did a rectangle, added some splines, did a bell, colored it....it's a POS graphic, but it works until someone with actual talent shows up...hehehe

...It's how it was created in the graphics program . I'm a dumbass so I don't know the fix . But there is a way to do a graphic so it will only show the item itself over whatever background it finds itself on .. instead of what you see above ,

If anyone finds out .. tell the rest of the class .. would make a huge difference to some of us fledglings

bah....the gif graphic has too many colors...will clean up later...

yeah, that's not too bad to fix.

i'll handle it if you want me to clean that one with the bearings up

you just set your background on your file as transparent and when you save as a .gif it will be 'clear' unlike a .jpg that will fill the background as white or grey.
