Anyone in LV or nearby that has techstream and willing to do a small job for a case of their favorite brew or the like? I have a new to me 2002 LS 430 with super low miles (63k) that i am hoping to keep for the long haul. I would like to disable the auto tilt/movement of the steering wheel that happens when you turn the ignition on/off, you know before it disables itself down the road. The only other thing I need tech wise for it is a new spare key but Ive seen some info out there that suggests that can be accomplished without techstream. Any help would be greatly appreciated
