Tabs left from removing running boards?! (1 Viewer)

After I removed the running boards it left these tabs from the front fender flares. I don’t want to cut OEM flares. Anyone have a clever solve for what to do to tidy things a bit? I was thinking front mud guards but I’ve seen some pics of cleaner versions (maybe they’re all cut?). Planning on getting sliders so maybe they’ll cover it up?

Someone recently did a 3D printing to make a "cap" for that.

I guess search 3D Print and see what you get.
