Hi everyone. This is my first post so try to forgive any mistakes. I'm the owner of 1 1995 T100 DX 2-wheel drive with the 3.4 V-6 (5-speed manual). I bought my T100 new and have enjoyed it for all the years since. It's been pretty well maintained over the years and currently has about 155,000 miles on the odometer. I wish to ask about a problem which has been present for a while now (I'm sure this has been asked many times before, but, as I said, I'm new here.) When I run my air conditioning in hot weather, the engine fan makes a loud, very unpleasant whine. This is especially bad as the RPM's increase (around 2500 upward). Are there any suggestions how I can fix this? Is there an electric fan assembly available and, more importantly, would it solve the problem? Is an electric fan the way to go? I'd appreciate your advice on this. I've learned to handle whining from the grandkids but not from my beloved T100.
