Would it be possible for you guys to find someone that will become the club rep for these call in meetings, so that we can get better representation from the individual chapters on the calls?
If you can get someone to become the club rep on the calls, let me know who that is, get me an email address, and I'll get them added to the correct mailing lists, so that they can receive the emails regarding call in info.

Justin, maybe give us a rundown of what they would be doing. When the calls are, how long they last, etc.

Last thursday of each month. 1 hour. TLCA bylaws require a percentage of voting members to be able to conduct any kind of business or take a vote. Each TLCA officer and regional rep are voting members. Each chapter also has a vote and needs to have a rep calling in to voice their vote. At this time the number of members need to conduct TLCA business is 20 members. It is a close call each month as to if their are enough members present.
