Swapping hatches / spoiler addition (1 Viewer)

So, this is a long shot but looking to try and get everything I need the first time. I have an 05 but got a replacement hatch from an 07. The salvage yard didn't include the spoiler as pictured so now I have to go through all of this. I printed the diagram from Lexus and looks like I have a hardware listing to install. Looking to see if anyone else has done the work already and has a listing of parts needed. I need the spoiler itself, third brake light, all caps, gaskets, hardware, etc.

The rear spoiler itself is expensive and would have to be color matched. I'd at last try going back to the yard and see if they still have the spoiler. Its likely the spoiler will cost you more than the hatch did
