surface panner blades

I recently picked up a surface planner for my shopsmith. i scored it for $50 ($1100 new) Everything is in good working order except the blades need to be sharpened. There a tad rusty too (not sure if that matters) any one know where to take these to be sharpened? can they be sharpened? how much would you expect i would pay to have them sharpened? I can buy new ones for about $100
