Is that the final stance?? What wheelbase are you looking at 125-128"

Looks crazy but cool!
133” wheel base
And yes this is the final stance
Ultra4 trophy truck standard is 125” and they are “2 door”
Track width will be close to 86” with 12.5s

Awesome yeah I know TT were 125" it looks great, going to be a big beast! lol

I'd like this post to be considered encouragement for this type of behavior.
starting to think you didn't really need this...
build is looking like fun!

Looks weird seeing an 80 do yoga half naked. Looks pretty fun....

Kinda all over the place rn, just knocking out some small stuff here and there mostly brackets so I can map out everything and where it’s home will be. Finally not completely utilizing a 25 year old wire harness and relays.

I got a lot of questions on how I was going to do my steering input shaft. This is what I came up with. It’s a “bevel gearbox” 90*

going to move on to redoing all the gas, nitrous radiator, oil and wiring here soon so I can fire it up to make sure everything still works before I rebuild the trans and upgrade the clutch to something that grabs a little better. That will be after I finish another project on a different truck(not mine)

Should be driving it around the shop in may.
street able in June, jumps in July and paint soon after that

still need to do gears and a laundry list of other things

Not to mention I got a new tool cnc plasma table I could not be happier with it can’t wait to use it on this build
