2001 tacoma V6 auto trans 4x4 TRD

need to know if any one has install this superlift Truspeed sensor calibrator ? Need some help
 
Is be curious myself. I have 285/70/17 on my 04 Tundra. The speedometer is off by 4 mph. The stock tires were 265/65/17. The power still feels good. But I'm getting about 11-12 on gas mileage.
