Hi folks-

I'll be bringing home my new Pig in the Spring and it will be making its way from south of Birmingham to Atlanta.

If y'all have any suggestions for who to use based on your own personal experience, can you provide a recommendation?

PM is preferred.

Thanks in advance!

Anyone?

I can't believe you're not going to do it yourself. A "tow" company will be outrageous. Try to borrow or rent a trailer.

I sought advice on the forum for this. Based on what I'd be using as a tow vehicle (my DD, a V6 Tacoma) - everyone advised against it. The trailer + Pig would put me way over my tow limit.

If I had any buds with big trucks (I'm in GA - go figure) I'd borrow one without giving it a second thought. But the people I spend hte most time with think my truck is the biggest thing they've ever seen - should tell you something. :-)

Anyway, I'm still researching angles on this and hope I can locate a truck or someone who could loan out a flat bed!

Thanks y'all.

I have no idea on the towing, I have not used anyone other than the local people AAA calls when the honda breaks down. Which pig was this, was this the wrecked one from Moody?

It's certainly not wrecked. As far as owner, don't think it's anyone active on the list. A 'closet' Toyota hoarder. :-)

gotchya.
Dang,

I think I know who you are talking about, at least I have seen him post on craigslist before. In montevallo? There was a wrecked pig in moody for 900 about a month ago.

I'll be happy to disclose once I've picked up the Pig! He's a family friend.
