Tonight I learned about the "Greg Thompson Deforestation Method" (GTDM) of getting two stuck trucks unstuck. So when the turn is too tight, the path too slippery and the trees so abundant that you can't go through without gouging grooves in your doors, just make new path. A shovel, a machete and some testosterone are all that's required.

Seriously though, that was a blast. I'm glad you called. I still want to know if you really were stuck or was that just a ploy to get me to come out.

Can I have my towstrap back?

The towstrap's my fault. I tossed it in the back of Greg's truck during one of the many "unsticking" attempts.

Barry, I know why you wanted bigger tires now. Greg's methods don't draw me out of my hole. If I lived 2 minutes from the playground I would be there. Something about a 12 pack and then a drive through Flowood doesn't sit well with me! See yall Tuesday. Let's have the meeting at the Crawfish place in front of Smith Wills.????

Later,

Good times. Thanks for answering my call.

Scouts honor. I was stuck, kinda. Can't say I was stuck cause I got out... but when I called my truck wasn't moving in either direction.

I'll get your strap back to you. Meet me on the sand bar at 6:00 PM tomorrow night. :bounce:

are ya'll really riding tonight? I don't want to miss the next time you guys go down there. I have been thinking about just riding down into the pearl off of lakeland, but have never been to sure to go without another truck. Especially if you guys are talking about sunken trucks everywhere. Not toyotas of course.

and Jeff, I'll vote for the crawdad hole for the meeting.

Crawdad hole is closed on Monday - Wednsday.

No more riding for me anytime soon. Just spent $8 at the car wash.

See yall tomorrow night.

I am in for tonight if anyone wants to go. Pref. earlier than later. The part about the sunken trucks was a joke.
