My take on this article is that it's proposing that Red Rock NCA be closed to all motorized traffic ie: Wilderness with a possible future tram so you can sit on your butt in a tram looking out the window and watch yet another closed trail go by. This is not multi access use of our public lands only the most abled-bodied would get to enjoy the area as I do now.

Amazing isn't it - just shows were they are coming from. We compromise & the keep coming back over & over again for more.
