Stolen 80 in Dallas... keep a look out.

Howdy to the Cruiser-heads in the greatest nation on earth... TEXAS!

I have a friend and employee whose 93-94 (cant remember) 80 series was stolen in Dallas two nights ago. He didn't have theft insurance so he is totally bummed.

It hit me today to put the word out to look for a 93-94ish Forest Green FZJ80 with a banged up front drivers-side fender and front bumper. It is noticeable damage. No lift, it may have snow tires on it still. I know it is a shot in the dark, but cruiser-heads can spot a cruiser from a mile away, if you'd keep your eyes open, it would be much appreciated!

It had (doubt they are still on) Colorado plates, Boulder county.

If anyone sees it, could you give the local authorities a call for us!

No wonder they put you in charge of the weigh station next to the Krispy Kreme.

In my neck of the woods, the theives won't even touch a 80-series as they are all 10+ years old.

I'll keep an look out for the stolen cruiser.

My buddies cruiser was stolen from Preston Hollow neighborhood, it is located North of Downtown off 75, he said it is close to North Park Mall.

Maybe someone could cross post this to the Lone Star forum?

Yup that is my backyard. Since there's about 1,000,000 green 80 series here maybe the last 7 of the VIN might be helpful as well if we see it parked somewhere. I bet it'll turn up.

Hmm, depending on what kind of 9mm they left, I might be willing to loan out my truck for a couple of days, as long as they wash it when they're done, and put some gas back in. Ha ha.

Glad it was found and sounds ok. Still wondering what kind of 9mm, and found by whom and if any damage was done?

FYI, I've got a nice factory front bumper with a chrome Go Rhino if the guy needs a deal on a bumper.
