Stock roof rack and NATO fuel cans ?

Guys

Having two trucks to feed I cant afford a new roof rack for my FJC. The stock rack sucks for functionality. I have seen a few FJC's with NATO style fuel cans fixed to the stock rack. Does anyone know how this was done. A custom fabricated bracket maybe? Thanks in advance.
