Who makes the 2" rear coil spacers? I haven't heard much talk on MUD about spacers as a 100 lift option (versus on yotatech.com where it was often included in discussions about 4Runner lift options). Any drawbacks to the spacer on a 100?

These were custom made for me by a friend of mine. I'll snap a couple photos and email them over to you. Made from Aluminum on a Lath
You gain 2" of lift and retain stock ride quality.
