STIHL Timbersports Event in Central California

STIHL TIMBERSPORTS Series at the Cal Poly Campus in - San Louis Obispo.

This is the first time the Collegiate and the Professionals will be competing on the same day at the same location.

The college students will compete again every college west of the Mississippi.

The Professionals will compete against each other.

March 24th is the chopping events and pre-qualifier.

March 25th is when ESPN will be filming the qualifier.

Whoever wins the qualifiers (Collegiate and Professional) will be invited to attend the USA Championships which will be held in Salem Oregon in August.

The winners of the USA Championships will go to the World Championships in Holland.

If you have ever seen it on TV, this is the closest they have ever been to seeing them in person.


I will be working the events. so I may be able to get a few extra VIP passes so you can meet the Pros.

So going to be there! It was funny because Rusty and I were watching it on TV and I saw the big STIHL logo and told Rusty that you probably got to go to that and sure enough! Probably wan't to go on Friday since Im off.

The TimberSports event is full steam ahead.

My employer changed my plans. I will not be attending The Round Up or the Timbersports Event.
