new to this group!
And i’m excited about my new rig 2004 100 1hd fte sahara.
Currently in the process of getting it road worthy ready to get it registered in VIC australia.
I’ve noticed my steering wheel to have side to side play and i saw that the fix was to replace the copper bushing where the torx bolt goes into through the tilt hinge.
Once I took out the torx bolts off of the hinge the steering wheel tilted down for me to access the copper bushing but then I heard a ‘click’ noise and now the wheel won’t go back into its position.
Almost feels like i’m hitting the shaft on something or as if it had come off i’m not too sure about it. Any help is much appreciated.
