This was recently added to my Tundra. A fairly easy install...and I dislike electrical projects. It's quite nice to use while off road as both hands stay right on the wheel. The steering wheel is from a 06 - 08 is350 and is used, the airbag new, total cost was about $800 (most of that the new bag). The Land Cruiser should take the same swap... if there is any interest or questions, just ask.

Interesting thread. I LOVE the new LX570 steering wheel!

Do you have any more pics of the install?

I'll be doing a full write up for tundra solutions soon... with some additional pics (thought there not really much to picture).... there's really not much to it. On the Tundra, the clock spring in the steering column has the connections running through it for the steering wheel shift function to plug into. The plug/harness that connects to the clock spring in the steering column dosn't contain these two wires on the Tundra. So adding two pins to the connector along with two wires is all that is required. These wires then run down and splice into the stock sequential shift wires on the console shift.
