Can you put a steering damper on a IFS truck/SUV? Friend has a 2009 model Hilux and is wondering if there is a steering damper for it. Thank you

Rack and pinion steering systems tend to not have the same bump steer issues that old steering boxes have, so you probably won't find anywhere to mount a damper. Not sure it would do that much good if you did figure it out...
