Stacey brought me his 40 back in September 2014 to make it run/drive/stop. We've been talking about it for a few years now and my garage finally had a free spot for it. I'll let him chime in on the history of it before I got a hold of it. I've done quite a bit, and now it's finally ready for him to enjoy it. :)

It's a 1972. Still has the original 1F, 3 speed, and original seats (including the long jump seats). It has very, very minimal rust.

Some of the things that I've done are:
New water pump and hoses.
Rebuild carb and replaced intake/exhaust gaskets with Remflex ones.
New plug wires and plugs.
New brake booster (mini truck) and master cylinder (FJ60).
New clutch master and slave.
Disc brake conversion using mini truck parts.
Changed all fluids.
Rewired brake/tail lights using new lights.
Some minor body work and replaced the passenger fender.
Fixed wiring issues and got all exterior lights working.
New gas tank and new rubber lines.
Rebuilt center arm.
New tie rod ends.
Fixed parking brake.
Polished the paint with TR3

Here's a set of pictures I took of it yesterday during my "goodbye" cruise. I'll post more later detailing some of the items above.
