This is just an FYI for St. Louis, MO base Yota owners. We have a group of Toyota 4x4 enthusiasts that meet informally once a month.

We meet the 1st Thursday of every month (9/06/07 this month) at Sybergs restaurant 7802 Gravois Rd. at 7:30PM. We have the upstairs banquet room reserved.

This is completely informal and it is free, although we encourage you to order food and/or drinks since Sybergs is giving us the room for free.

I’d love to see the whole parking lot full of Toyotas. We welcome everyone from newbies to hardcore off roaders.

Had a great time again as expected. Nice to see everyone again and the conversation was informative as always.

I'm looking forward to the possible Badlands trip in October (as long as it doesn't interfere with the kids Halloween plans).

See you all next month!

Just a reminder that we will again get together at Sybergs this thursday 10/04/07 at 7:30 pm upstairs in the banquet room.

I'm afraid I am out for this Thursday due to another committment (I will again stop by late if I get free in time).

However, I wanted to point out a few items in case I don't make it before everyone leaves.

1) I will be doing my front axle service sometime in the next week or two (depending on parts arrival). If anyone is interested in a group axle service or just watching me screw-up :-) before they do their own, please feel free to drop me a line and then join in.

2) I'll also be doing my wheel center caps if anyone needs the paint (I think Bryan was talking about this, but I've forgotten).

3) There is a small group (I think three or four as of right now) of 80 owners planning a father-daughter trip to Flat Nasty on November 3 (first Saturday in November). As it will be family-oriented, and largely first time off-roaders with daily drivers, we will likely stick to the super easy green trails. Nonetheless, it is always fun to head down in a large group, even if we break off once we are there. And THIS TIME, I'll have a working CB. We are hoping to see some nice fall color on the trails and should be great fall weather too.
